Been using this place for years now..maybe 6 or so..have 4 cats all treated there..they are hands down the best cat veterinarians in the world..Zach and Dr leevy are amazing..all the staff are I just don't know all their names...they are so professional, compassionate, patient, dedicated, kind and just extremely knowledgeable and experienced...they have always done an amazing job in every aspect and their prices are so reasonable..and honestly they go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend!! Had to visit last week with a cat and just wanted to mention how awesome Kendal and kayla are..sometimes I think businesses have no idea how important it is for the person at the front desk to be friendly and polite..their energy sets the whole tone for the visit..the cats meow is very lucky to have kayla..always a smiling face and upbeat attitude...

I was trying to set up an appointment first I called and left a voicemail, when 2 hours had passed I called again and was able to speak to someone I never got her name. When she tried to look me up in the system and wasn’t able to find me, so she went to go by my first name I went to spell it for her saying the first 3 letters of my name and she rudely interrupted me Leigh! I was like no and proceeded to finish spelling my name and provided last name, I said I wanted to make a wellness appt for my cat she goes okay well I’m gonna have to put you on hold to do that. I said that’s fine no worries I’m not in a rush, so she proceeded to place me on hold, well I guess there system is set up to only be on hold for a min or so at most and it rings you back to front desk or wherever and they placed me on hold again but this time no hold, No One more moment or anything. Then it did it again ringing back over to the front desk and then they hung up on me. When I called back it just rang and went to voicemail. I get these places get busy /emergencies but they could communicate that or say hey can you call back or you can also schedule an appt online. 0 zip zilch communication from this place. Poor customer service

TLDR: They were rude and overpriced. I took my cat here because he had ear mites (which I told them I had suspected). Obviously they had to do their own inspection, except my cat was very upset since it was a new environment and there were other cats around. I told them that's why he was freaking out, and they insisted I was wrong. Firstly, why does it even matter? Why bother correcting me about my own cat? But anyway, they had to put him under so they could look in his ear. Everything was fine until I looked at the invoice for the visit. They added an extra service I didn't ask for, which is whatever, but I looked up the medication they gave me, and it was for dogs. The side effects for cats can include HEARING LOSS. Not only this, but it was for a bacterial infection. And guess what? After following the instructions on the back, it didn't clear up the issue, which has only gotten worse. I honestly wouldn't bother taking your business here, I found it unprofessional and frankly unhelpful. I had to spend a lot of money for no results, and now I have to spend even more because they failed me. Edit for clarification: I am aware that not every medication will work, but my main point was that it wasn't a bacterial infection, it was ear mites.

Uncaring staff, very expensive and many bad experiences. Last one $300 bill, never saw Doctor Vet, no resolution without $100s of more dollars charged.
