I brought in my sick puppy as a transfer from my vet and they immediately took my pet into the backroom as I was completing the paperwork. I met with the Vet and he gave me a realistic summary of my pets chances of recovery. I appreciated this and it helped me make decisions on the list of avenues that could be done. My puppy had kidney failure and only made it there for 1/2 hour and they only charged me the transfer fee which was so nice of them. They provide options for cremation using Heavenly Paws and I utilized this service which is also great. The entire staff really cares about your pets and the actual people coming in going thru the problems they are facing. I highly recommend using this practice. Mike

I would give zero stars if I could! This place is very over priced and only out for as much money as they can get from you! How do you actually know what they do because they separate you from your pet? Then, you have to pay before you see your pet. Said our chihuahua was underweight and she weighs over 8 pounds. My opinion is they were guessing at what was wrong with her because they asked if she was about to start her "cycle". They wanted to keep her overnight and do another xray. We would not leave her. Said her skin looked abnormal but it's a pretty pink color under her coat. She's very attached to our daughter. Our sweet furbaby is just over a year old and had threw up and had diarrhea. Before my husband and daughter left NC to take her there she was feeling better but my daughter was crying with worry. Wanted to take her to her vet when they opened and should have because it took 4 hours in there and still have no idea what was wrong with her. They wrote 3 prescriptions but no one took the time to explain anything to them so they brought them home til we can get her in with her VET. Every time the lady came to speak to my husband it was about the HUGE increase in the bill. Almost $1200 and no diagnosis!!! It's unreal!

Brought my kitten here on 4th of July weekend due to him having a fever of 105.5. Their facility was jammed packed and they were still able to put him on a cooling pad right away. Couldn’t help but to notice people complaining in the reviews about how long the wait times were. This happens to be the only emergency animal hospital open on holidays and weekends. They go by the worst emergencies first, which is to be expected. If your animal were in a high crisis situation, you’d want them to get you in right away too rather than taking someone bringing their pet in for a simple problem first. It’s common sense in my opinion. I am thankful for them being open on a day I needed them most, they saved my kitten and I couldn’t be more grateful for them! Staff was also extremely friendly and professional.

They were there when we needed them. I guess the only downside was the dismissive attitudes of the front counter people who constantly bickered with each other while I was standing there checking in my dog. Very little on form of communication rather they leave you hanging endlessly. I get it. Nobody wants to be there especially at 2 on the morning. I think they could do more in dealing with customers. They did not push expensive treatments but gave me the option.
