If it was possible to leave zero stars, that would be my choice of rating. I had the most traumatic experience at this facility. Essentially, I was told my dog only had hours to live. It was suggested that one of the few options I had was to put him down. My dog is three years old and healthy. After refusing to give up on my dog, we rushed him to another facility to seek further treatment where we discovered that Dr. Chang completely misdiagnosed my dog and the severity of his condition. My dog is now on the mend, alive and well, and simply sent home on a course of antibiotics. If I were to have taken this doctor’s diagnosis and advice I would have put down my completely healthy dog. I cannot stress enough how traumatic this experience was for me, and how thankful I am to have listened to my gut in the matter. I would never recommend anyone bring their pets to this facility. I am not normally someone who complains or ever leaves a bad review, but this was an exception. I will continue to spread the word to save others from such a disturbing experience.

The entire team at Waterside is absolutely amazing! We were visiting from Maryland when our 12-year-old terrier, Sasha, suddenly started limping. Not only were they available on the Fourth of July—which was incredible in itself—but the level of care and compassion we received exceeded all expectations. From the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the caring veterinary technician and veterinarian, everyone treated both us and Sasha with kindness and professionalism. We were seen in a timely manner, kept informed throughout our visit, and never felt forgotten while we waited. Thanks to the wonderful team at Waterside, Sasha is already feeling much better. We are so grateful for the exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

I can’t say enough great things. My boy gizmo had to come in twice this weekend and everyone was amazing. The front desk staff, all the techs we spoke with, the doctor and the office manager! Everyone was so kind, caring, reassuring, supportive and thorough! It was incredibly obvious they cared about making sure gizmo was going to be okay! We still have some work to do with his regular vet, but without this team we wouldn’t have gotten this far. From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank them all enough!

Thank God for this place. It’s clean, they are kind and compassionate and will do everything they can to save an animals life and as long as your willing to go the distance for your pet. All the doctors and staff are amazing. Maggie had open pyrometria and it was critical, this is her after the op- she has relief finally. We have a long road but I got my dog and she loved each one of the staff. Words can never describe how grateful I am and my family. Not every story is a success story however good or bad they will do and exhaust everything they can up til the end for your animal.
